Terms of Service

Prices, quotes, engraving approval, delivery, installation, warranty and liability.

Effective July 28, 2026

These terms govern the use of this website and the quotes, orders and installations that follow from it. Reading a quote or placing an order means you accept them.

1.Who you are contracting with

Every quote, order and installation on this site is supplied by Memoria Columbaria.

Memoria Columbaria, 5916 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90038, US. Phone +1 888-391-6987. Email [email protected].

2.Prices and quotes

Catalog prices shown on product pages are in US dollars and cover the item as described. Custom work is priced in a written quote that itemises the stone, the engraving, delivery and installation.

A written quote is the binding figure. Prices on the site may change, and a change does not alter a quote already issued to you or an order already paid.

3.Orders and payment

An order is accepted when payment clears and we confirm it. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

For custom work, production begins only after you approve the design preview. Approving that preview is what releases the stone to be cut.

4.Engraving text is your responsibility

Names, dates, inscriptions and symbols are engraved exactly as you approve them. Granite engraving cannot be undone, so a spelling or date error that was present in the text you approved is not a manufacturing fault and is not covered by the warranty.

Check every character on the proof. Ask for a corrected proof before approving if anything is wrong.

5.Natural variation in granite

Granite is quarried stone. Color, grain and veining vary between blocks and between production runs, and a screen or a printed sample cannot reproduce them exactly. Reasonable variation from a photograph or a sample is normal and is not a defect.

6.Delivery and installation

Delivery and installation are quoted with the stone. You are responsible for site access, for any cemetery or municipal permission needed, and for telling us of restrictions on access, foundations or working hours before delivery is scheduled.

If the site cannot be reached or the required permission is missing on the delivery date, the additional cost of a return visit is chargeable.

7.Cancellations and changes

A catalog item can be cancelled before it ships. Custom and engraved work cannot be cancelled once cutting or engraving has started, because the stone cannot be resold.

Change requests are accepted in writing and are only binding once we confirm them and, where they affect price or schedule, issue a revised quote.

8.Warranty

We warrant our stone and workmanship against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from ground movement, vandalism, accident, unauthorised cleaning products, or alterations made by anyone other than us.

Report a suspected defect with photographs to our sales address. We will inspect it and repair or replace what is defective.

9.Use of this website

The text, photographs, drawings and designs on this site belong to us or to our suppliers. You may view, print and share pages. You may not republish product photographs or design drawings, or use them to have a copy manufactured elsewhere.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, to extract data from it at scale, or to submit forms automatically.

10.Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11.Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of California, and the courts of Los Angeles County have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12.Contact
