2.What data do we collect?

We collect only what a quote, an order or a reply needs. There is no advertising profile and no data broker involved.

• Quote and contact forms: your name, email address, phone number, the product or service you are interested in, and your message.
• Online orders: the product, size and granite color you chose, plus the billing and card details you enter on the payment page.
• Server logs: the pages requested, the time of the request, the browser user agent and the IP address that made it.
• Site preferences: your chosen language and your chosen light or dark theme.

3.Why do we use it?

Form data is used to answer you, to price the work and to schedule production, delivery and installation. Order data is used to take payment, to cut and engrave the correct stone and to deliver it to the correct address.

Server logs are used to keep the site available and to investigate errors and abuse. Preferences are used so the site opens in the language and theme you picked.

4.Do you use cookies?

We set two first-party cookies. NEXT_LOCALE stores the language you selected. A theme cookie stores whether you chose the light or dark appearance. Neither is used for advertising and neither is shared.

Cloudflare, which serves and protects this site, may set its own security and analytics identifiers. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies to identify individual visitors.

5.Who else processes your data?

We use a small number of service providers, each for one purpose only:

• Stripe, Inc. processes card payments. Card numbers are entered on Stripe pages and are never stored on our servers.
• Cloudflare, Inc. delivers the site, filters malicious traffic and provides cookieless traffic statistics.
• Our email provider delivers form submissions and order confirmations to our sales inbox and to you.
• Our hosting and database provider stores the site and the form and order records.

6.How long is data kept?

Quote and contact submissions are kept while the enquiry is open and for as long as needed to honour a warranty on work that followed from it. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Server logs are short-lived and are overwritten in the normal course of operation.

You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time and we will remove it unless we are legally required to keep it.

7.What are your rights?

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it and ask us to delete it. California residents may also ask us to confirm the categories of personal information collected and disclosed. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

8.Children

This site sells memorial products to adults and to institutions. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If such data reaches us we delete it.

The site is served over HTTPS only. Card data is handled by Stripe and never touches our servers. Access to form and order records is restricted to the staff who quote, produce and deliver the work.

10.Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be described in the section they affect rather than hidden in a general rewrite.
