What the project consultation covers
The consultation is free, and it exists to answer the three questions every memorial project starts with: what does the cemetery allow, which niche count or monument type fits the plot, and what will it actually cost. We ask for the cemetery name and the plot width early, because most grounds set size caps for upright work — and we check the cemetery’s spec sheet so the project is not designed into a dead end.
You leave the consultation with real numbers. Catalog prices on this site run from $375 to $16,423 and every model page shows its exact price, so we can anchor the conversation in published figures instead of estimates. Custom work is quoted in writing before production starts, with the stone, the engraving, the delivery and the installation itemized. Most quotes go out in one to three work days. We take calls Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm PST.
How the consultation works
Call or send the form
Reach us at +1 (949) 436-7270 or through the contact form. The consultation is free and carries no obligation.
Plot and cemetery details
We ask for the cemetery name and the plot width, then check the cemetery spec sheet for size caps and material rules.
Options and granite guidance
We narrow the catalog to what fits your plot and budget, and advise on granite — near the coast we suggest denser stones, because salt air wears open-grained granite faster.
Itemized written quote
Stone, engraving, delivery and installation each on its own line. Most quotes go out in one to three work days.
Design preview and approval
Custom projects get a free 3D preview with included revisions stated on your quote. Nothing is finalized before your written approval.

Granite selection advice
Which stones keep letter contrast in full sun, and which hold up best near the coast — shop experience, not a brochure claim.

Stone, engraving, delivery and installation as separate lines, out in one to three work days.
Payment schedule guidance
Staged payment schedules are available; terms are stated in writing on your quote.
Common questions
Does the consultation cost anything?
No. The consultation is free, and so is the 3D design preview that follows it. You only pay when you approve a design and order the stone.
What should I have ready?
The cemetery name and, if you know it, the plot width. Most grounds set size caps for upright work, and we check the cemetery spec sheet as the first step.
How fast will I get a quote after the consultation?
Most written quotes go out in one to three work days, with the stone, engraving, delivery and installation itemized as separate lines.
